Daniel A. Lindenfeld graduated
from Queens College (1982) with a major in Economics and from Cardozo
School of Law (1985). As a first year law student Dan was recruited
by Milbank Tweed Hadley and McCloy and as a second year law student
by the late Senator Abraham Ribicoff’s law firm, Schatz, Schatz,
Ribicoff and Kotkin, the largest law firm in Connecticut.
From
the onset of his career Dan has handled significant litigation,
commercial, health and medical industry related transactions. Dan has
been on the cutting edge of the ever evolving commercial and
regulatory health law for practitioners and medical institutions. Dan
was one of the first attorneys to utilize, expand and develop such
legal vehicles as Medical Management Corporations, free standing
Surgi-Centers and innovative valuation formulas for medical and
dental practices and institutions. Dan has represented medical
related institutions in initial public offering filings and has
assisted numerous individuals and institutions in navigating the
numerous technical requirements and guidelines to structure
successful commercial and health industry transactions.
Dan
has traveled the country setting up large networks of physicians and
commercial entities. He is a sought after speaker and lecturer in the
areas of commercial litigation, corporate transactions and health
law. Dan has conducted seminars, edited a legal newsletter and has
authored articles in professional publications.
Dan
has represented Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations in
successful litigation and transactions. He is admitted to the Bars of
the State of New York, State of New Jersey, United States District
Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York and the
United States District Court for New Jersey.
